摘　　要：在新形势下,我国卫生管理教育面临着挑战:与社会经济的发展不相符,缺乏明确的培养目标,知识结构不尽合理,课程体系不严密,实践教学环节薄弱。发展对策是:适时转变教育理念、明确人才培养目标、调整知识结构、优化课程设置、完善学科体系、强化实践教学环节。Under the new situation, China＇s health management education is faced with the challenge： inconsistent with the de-velopment of social economy, lack of clear training objectives, unreasonable knowledge structure,imprecise curriculum system, and weak practical teaching link. The development countermea-sures are：changing education ideas, clarifying training objectives, adjusting the knowledge structure, optimizing the curriculum set-ting, improving discipline systems, and strengthening the link of practice teaching.
