适应士官学员能力特点的模块化装备教学研究

摘　　要：士官高等职业技术教育作为装备技术士官人才培养的重要形式,目前存在培养质量和效益不高的问题。基于士官学员能力特点,提出了符合任职教育规律的课程体系理念和一种新的装备课程模块化教学思路与方法,给出了应用实例。经调研论证和初步应用,该方法能够在士官装备教学中取得较好效果。Higher vocational and technical education of master sergeants is an important training mode for equipment mainte-nance master sergeants. To improve the training efficiency, the capability characteristics of master sergeants are analyzed, and the curriculum system conception is unscrambled based on post education principle, then, the modularizing teaching method is presented. Application example is discussed. The modularizing teaching method can effectively improve the education quality of master sergeants.
