摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化教育的发展,高等教育的转型发展势在必行。地方性、应用型本科高校如何应对转型为职业教育是一个挑战,特别是民办高校。安徽省的民办高校起步晚,在现阶段的发展中既具有优势和劣势,也面临了机遇和挑战。如何面对这些问题,制定正确的发展战略,是其转型发展的关键所在。With the popularized development of higher education, its transformation-based development is imperative. How local applied undergraduate colleges, especially private colleges, face the transformation into vocational education, is a challenge. Pri-vate colleges started late in Anhui Province, so in addition to the merits and demerits of their development at the present stage, they are also faced with opportunities and challenges. How to face up to these problems and formulate correct development strategies is the key to their transformation-based development.
