摘 要:从多斜辊矫直原理以及材料的弹塑性变形机理出发,给出了管材十辊矫直机主要的矫直参数以及合理的矫直辊辊型数据和优化修正数据,建立了矫直辊的三维模型。利用MARC对管材十辊矫直机的矫直变形过程进行了有限元模拟,研究了矫直过程中压弯量、压扁量、矫直速度和辊子倾角对矫直效果的影响,并确定了最佳矫直参数。分析了参数对矫直质量的影响规律,并对矫直效果进行了优化,提出最佳矫直方案。最后,通过试验验证了方案可靠性。Starting from the inclined roller straightening principle and the elastic-plastic deformation mechanism, the main parameters of ten-roller straightener, reasonable data of straightening roller type and optimized data were given, a three-dimensional finite element model of straightening roller was established. By using MARC, the straightening process of ten-roller straightener for pipe simulation was simula- ted, the influences of bending amount, flattening amount, straightening speed and roller angle on straightening effect were researched and the optimal straightening parameters were determined. The influence laws of parameters on straightening quality were analyzed and the straightening effect was optimized, then the optimal straightening scheme was put forward. Finally, the reliability of the scheme was verified.
