摘　　要：文章通过文献研究,介绍了国外有条件现金转移支付模式的发展历程、特点、以及取得的成效,探讨了有条件现金转移支付模式在我国应用面临的问题,旨在为我国卫生服务需方财政激励模式的探索与改革提供参考。Based on literature research, the development, characteristics and achievements of the mode. of conditional cash transfers （CCTs） at abroad were introduced.
