河南省骨干医师对双向转诊认知度现状及对策研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨河南省骨干医师对双向转诊的认知度和满意度。方法:对我院2012年培训的基层医院433名骨干医师以问卷形式进行调查。结果:不同性别、年龄组、职称和职务对"双向转诊"的了解程度有显著性差异(P<0.05);被调查者中96.1%认为双向转诊有可行性、79.6%认为双向转诊能降低患者负担、72.7%认为双向转诊不畅通、84.1%向大型医院转诊过病人、93.1%认为向上转诊疑难危重病人需要进一步检查确诊和综合治疗。结论:根据目前双向转诊现状建议出台双向转诊相关政策,促进其顺利实施;建立双向转诊体系,实行"无缝式"持续治疗;建立转诊医院之间科室对接模式,搭建院际之间医生联系平台。Objective To explore the awareness and satisfaction with the two - way referral of backbone physicians in Henan province. Methods A total of 433 backbone physicians who were trained in our hospital were surveyed by questionnaires. Results There are significant differences of the awareness with two - way referral between different gender, age groups, titles and duties （P 〈 0.05 ） ,and 96.1% of physicians believe the two-way referral is feasible;79.6% of physicians think the burden on patients can be reduced;72.7% of physicians think current referral channel is not smooth;84.1% of physicians have referred patients to higher hospital. Conclusions Related policy should be drew up to ensure successful implementation of the two - way referral. Seamless and continuous treatment should be established in two - way referral system. The mode of unit - to - unit and physician communication platform should be founded between referral hospitals.
