药品集中招标采购制度对医药企业的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:研究药品集中招标采购制度给我国医药企业生产经营带来的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法调查参加广东省药品集中招标采购的医药企业,共回收问卷132份,采用描述性统计分析和假设检验分析对结果进行分析。结果:研究分析了制度推行前后药品价格和企业利润总额变化、医药企业参加药品集中招标采购的积极性和对制度的支持程度、药品集中招标采购制度为企业带来的积极和消极影响、医药企业在药品集中招标采购各环节面临的困难等现状。结论:药品集中招标采购制度对不同类型企业利润总额的影响存在差异,对医药企业在药品集中招标采购各环节也存在影响,但制度的积极效果无预期效果大。医药企业参加药品集中招标采购的总体积极性较高,对制度总体上持支持态度。Objective To analyze the impacts of the concentrated bidding and purchase of medicine on the pharmaceutical enterprise. Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate pharmaceutical enterprises who participate in the concentrated bidding and purchase of medicine in Guangdong province. A total of 132 enterprises were investigated. The results were performed by descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. Results The study analyzes the situation of the concentrated bidding and purchase of medicine, including the change of drug prices and total profits of pharmaceutical enterprises before and after policy implemented, the situation of the enthusiasm in the concentrated bidding and purchase of medicine and support for the policy of pharmaceutical enterprise, the positive and negative effects that the policy for pharmaceutical enterprises, the difficulties pharmaceutical enterprises faced in the concentrated bidding and purchase of medicine. Conclusion The concentrated bidding and purchase of medicine has different effect in profit of different types of enterprise. The policy also has influence to the concentrated bidding and purchase chain,but the positive effect of policy is not as well as expected. In general, pharmaceutical enterprises have high enthusiasm to participate in the concentrated bidding and purchase of medicine and express support for the policy.
