摘　　要：通过1998、2003和2008年关于患者选择就医单位数据,分析患者选择就医单位分布及其影响因素,结果发现:通过患者选择就诊单位分布分析可以得到,地区及省级医院就诊稳中有降,县乡村三级医疗体系发挥越来越重要的作用,县级医院的龙头作用和乡镇卫生院的枢纽作用越来越明显,选择村卫生室作为就诊单位的占比有所减低,私人诊所发展迅速;通过患者选择就诊单位影响因素的静态分析可以得到,距离、质量、价格、定点医院及是否有信赖医生是影响患者选择就诊单位的五个重要因素;通过患者选择就诊单位影响因素的动态分析可以得到,患者对距离和价格的敏感在逐步减弱,患者对质量和是否有信赖医生的依赖越来越明显,对定点医院依然有依赖。并提出了一些值得进一步分析研究的问题。Using the data of 1998,2003 and 2008 of medical units selection of patients, analyze the distribution of medical u nits selection of patients and the influence factors,the results show that： 1. Through the analysis of medical units selection of pa tients,the number of choose of the regional and provincial hospital is stable with a slight decline, the rural three level medical health service system play an increasingly important role, the key role of country hospitals and the hub of township health centers is more and more obvious, the choice of village clinic as treatment unit radio decrease, private clinics develop very rapidly. 2. Through the static analysis of the influence factors, the distance, quality, price, designated hospitals and the trust doctors are the top five im portant factors to affect a hospital selection of patients. 3. Through the dynamic analysis of influence factors, the sensitive of patients with distance and price gradually weakened, the rely of patient on quality and whether the trust doctors become more and more obvi ous. At last, put forward some further research problems.
