社区工作者的社会支持、自尊与主观幸福感的关系

摘　　要：目的:考察社区工作者的社会支持、自尊与主观幸福感之间的关系。方法:采用社会支持评定量表、自尊量表、主观幸福感量表对312名社区工作者进行施测。结果:客观支持、主观支持和自尊分别与主观幸福感之间呈正相关(r=0.33、0.66、0.83,均P<0.01);直接效应模型的路径分析表明,客观支持和主观支持对主观幸福感的路径系数显著(γ=0.10,P<0.05;γ=0.66,P<0.001)。加入自尊后中介效应模型的路径分析表明,主观支持、客观支持和自尊分别对主观幸福感的路径都显著(γ=0.17,P<0.001;γ=0.09,P<0.01;γ=0.72,P<0.001),主观支持对自尊的路径显著(γ=0.70,P<0.001),但是客观支持对自尊的路径不显著(γ=-0.03,P>0.05)。结论:社区工作者的客观支持和主观支持可以直接正向预测其主观幸福感;自尊在客观支持对主观幸福感的影响中不起中介作用,在主观支持对主观幸福感的影响中起部分中介作用,即主观支持既可以直接正向预测主观幸福感,也可以通过自尊对主观幸福感发挥间接地正向预测作用。Objective To study the relationship among social support, self-esteem and subjective well-being of community workers. Methods 312 cases of community workers were investigated with social support rating scale, self-esteem scale and subjective well-being scale. Results There had significantly positive correlations between subjective well-being and objective support, sub- jective support or self-esteem （r = 0. 33 ,0. 66,0. 83 , p 〈 0.01 ）. Analysis from direct effect model found that direct path coefficient from both objective support and subjective support to subjective well-being was significant （γ= 0.10,p 〈 0. 05 ;γ = 0.66 ,p 〈0. 001 ）. Considering the factor of self-esteem, analysis from direct effect model found that the path coefficient from objective sup- port, subjective support and self-esteem to subjective well-being was significant respectively （Y = 0.17, p 〈 0. 001 ;Y=0.09, p 〈 0.01 ;Y= 0.72, p 〈 0. 001 ）. And the path coefficient of subjective support to self-esteem was significant, but the path coeffi cient of objective support to self-esteem was not significant. Conclusion Both objective support and subjective support have direct effect on subjective well-being. And self-esteem plays a role in mediating subjective support and subjective well-being, but not in the relationship between objective support and subjective well-being. Subjective support has direct effect on subjective well-being, and has indirect effect on subjective well-being through self-esteem.
