摘 要:针对逆变电源对电路性能指标的要求,设计了基于SPWM模块化逆变电源。电路采用高频PWM斩波器调感法构成,DC/DC模块选用VICOR,以实现过流、过压保护与控制电源。利用SPWM的规则采样法,调制逆变电源输出电压,提高直流利用率,减少谐波含量。通过VICOR模块形成反馈环,利用PWM数据的调制度调节输出电压幅度。该逆变电源具有体积小、结构合理、输出波形失真小、成本低的特点。Considering the requirements of inverter power for circuit performance indices, a new type of inverter power was designed based on SPWM modular. The circuit used high frequency PWM chopper tuning sense. The DC/DC module selected VlCOR to achieve overcurrent, overvoltege protection and power control. The SPWM regular sampling method was used to modulate inverter power supply output voltage, improving DC utilization and reducing the harmonic content. A feedback loop was formed by VICTOR modules, and the output voltage amplitude was regulated by the modulation of PWM data. The inverter has advantages of small size, reasonable structure, small distortion of output waveform and low cost.
