摘 要:目的:研制一种新型股骨近端锁定板。方法:根据股骨近端外侧曲面结构,并结合减少手术中弯板的需要,采用解剖预塑型设计及自攻型螺钉设计,预留克氏针孔和结合孔,提供锁定和非锁定2种空心钉,同时满足加压与锁定需求。另外,该锁定板采用有限接触设计,减少对骨膜的压迫及对血运的破坏。结果:经过临床测试,该新型股骨近端锁定板可以防止股骨颈短缩和塌陷,实现了坚固有效的内固定。结论:该股骨近端锁定板非常适合股骨近端骨折手术治疗。Objective To design a new type of proximal femoral locking plate. Methods The lateral surface structure of the proximal femur and the need for reducing bending plate during operation were taken into considerations. Pre-plasticizing design and self-taping screw were involved in the design, with Kirschner pinhole and binding hole reserved. There were locking and nonlocking hollow screws available to meet the requirements for compression and locking. Limited contact design was also adopted to decrease the pressure against the periosteum and the destruction to blood circulation. Results Clinical trials proved that the plate could prevent the shortening and the collapse of the femoral neck, achieving a strong and effective internal fixation. Conclusion The development of proximal femoral locking plate is ideal for surgical treatment of proximal femoral fractures. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2014,35 (7) : 31-33]
