核医学辐射场所剂量监控及语音提示报警装置设计

摘　　要：目的:研制一种能对核医学科服药受检者进行剂量监测及语言提示,同时可告知医务工作人员服药受检者动向的辐射场所监控报警装置。方法:按照国家标准对核医学科服药受检者的管控要求,利用成熟的剂量检测仪及自制多通道电气控制器组成管控点剂量监测及语音提示装置。结果:实现了监控点对服药受检者的剂量监测、语音提示及医护工作站的检测报警位置指示。结论:辐射场所剂量监测报警装置能有效管控核医学科服药受检者的任意通行,提高了现场辐射防护的安全性。Objective To develop a radiation site dose monitoring and voice alarm device for the subject who receives radionuclide drugs, and to inform the medical staff the trends of the subjects. Methods In accordance with the national standards requirement for the subject, mature measuring instrument and self-developed muhichannel electrical controller were used to constitute the site dose monitoring and voice alarm device. Results The dose detection and voice prompt were realized for the subject, and the alarming position indication was implemented in the medical station. Conclusion The radiation dose monitoring alarm device can effectively supervise the random passing of the subject, and thus safety of field radiation protection can be enhanced greatly.
