摘  要:目的:研制LED静脉输液针头,便于在夜间或暗光条件下输液时,提高静脉穿刺成功率。方法:利用LED固态的半导体器件与静脉输液针头有效结合,直接把电能转化为光能,形成固定光源。结果:LED静脉输液针头体积小、驱动电压低、光效高,可为输液提供有效照明。结论:LED输液针头可以解决静脉穿刺时局部光源的问题,从而进一步提高了救援现场静脉输液穿刺的成功率。Objective To develop an intravenous infusion LED needle for night use in order to enhance the success rate. Methods LED semiconductor component and intravenous infusion needle were combined, with the electrical energy transformed into light energy to form fixed light source. Results The LED needle had small size, low driving voltage and high luminous efficiency, and thus could be used for lighting during infusion. Conclusion The intravenous infusion LED needle can enhance the success rate of intravenous infusion greatly. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2014,35 (7) :40-41]
