摘　　要：目的:改善医院数字化门诊存在的挂号排长队、就诊排长队、缴费排长队现象。方法:依托智能手机开放的数据环境开发APP"便民掌上门诊",并将其应用到挂号、检验等就诊环节。结果:该手机APP的应用缩短了患者挂号排队、就诊排队、缴费排队等的用时。结论:该手机APP是便民的实用软件,利于从患者角度改善就医流程。Objective To solve the problem of long waiting time for registering, treatment and charging. Methods APP- based convenience palmtop outpatient service was developed with the open data environment of smart phone, and then applied to the links of registering, laboratory examination and etc. Results The waiting time for registering, treatment and charging was shortened greatly.
