摘  要:目的:评价3种国产脉搏血氧饱和度仪Nellcor测量模式探头DS-100A的准确度。方法:当由标准监护仪测得的Sp02分别为100%(Tl状态)、92%(T2状态)、85%(B状态)、78%(rf4状态)、70%(T5状态)时,记录5个相应状态10例成年健康志愿者分别由Lendeavour12(结果为L组)、iTM(结果为I组)与PeneViewT1(结果为P组)3种患者监护仪DS-100A探头监测的SpO2数值,同时监测动脉血氧饱和度值(SaO2),计算SpO。与SaO2的差值,评价3组仪器探头测量SpO2的准确度。结果:当SpO2在70%~100%范围内时,L、I、P组的SpO:准确度均在标准范围内;I组准确度最高,其次为L、P组。对5个状态的3组SpO2值进行两两比较发现,L状态时,P组SpO:值明显高于L组(P〈0.05)。结论:3种型号脉搏血氧饱和度仪Nellcor模式DS-100A探头所测得的SpO2值都是准确有效的,iTM型号的准确度最高。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of DS-100A probes under Nellcor measurement mode in three types of domestic pulse oximeters. Methods Ten healthy volunteers and a standard monitor were involved in the research, with standard pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) kept 100% (T0, 92% (T2), 85% (T3), 78% (T4) and 70% (T5). The SpO2 values were detected with the DS-100A probes of Lendeavour 12 monitor, iTM monitor and PeneView T1 monitor, with the results put into group L, I and P respectively. The arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2) and its difference with SpO2 were determined to evaluate the accuracy of the three probes. Results When SpO2 ranged from 70% to 100%, all the three groups had the accuracy acceptable, with the one of group 1 the highest, followed by groups L and P. The comparative study showed that the SpO2 value of group P was significantly higher than that of group L at stage T3, with P〈0.05. Conclusion The DS-100A probes of the three monitors are all accurate and effective for measuring Sp02, with iTM monitor gifted with highest accuracy.
