摘 要:目的:开展舰载卫生装备环境适应性研究,为舰载卫生装备质量控制提供理论依据。方法:在对海上环境调查研究的基础上,通过文献追踪和数据统计,对舰载卫生装备的环境条件及环境对卫生装备的影响进行分析研究。结果:舰载卫生装备和通用卫生装备对环境条件的要求不同,与陆地医院相比,舰船环境会造成卫生装备质量性能下降、故障率明显偏高、使用寿命缩短。结论:提高舰载卫生装备环境适应性,可有效提高装备的战术技术水平。Objective To study the environment adaptability of shipborne medical equipment to provide theoretical references for its quality control. Methods Based on ocean environment survey, literature tracing and data statistics were used to study the environmental condition of shipborne medical equipment and the influences of environment on medical equipment. Results The requirements of shipborne medical equipment were different with those of general ones. When compared with land hospital, ship condition might decrease the performances, increase the failure rate and shorten the service life of the medical equipment. Conclusion The enhancement of the environment adaptability of the shipborne medical equipment may raise their tactical and technical levels. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2014,35(7) : 85-87]
