摘　　要：目的:了解医院信息系统信息安全的现状,为加快医院信息安全等级保护的开展提供依据。方法:对河南省37家二级以上医院的信息系统信息安全现状进行调查。结果:37家医院在信息系统安全建设方面存在建设水平低、资金投入不足、开展应急演练的比例低、信息安全保障投入不足、信息安全事件多发和应对措施不力等问题,且二级医院的信息安全建设水平低于三级医院。结论:多数医院的信息安全等级保护建设尚处于初级阶段,今后应加大信息安全的资金投入力度,加强信息安全管理,完善人才队伍建设,不断提高医院的信息安全水平。Objective To investigate the information security situation of hospital information system, and to speed up the development of hospital information security. Methods The statuses of information system security in 37 second- or third- class hospitals in Henan Province were investigated by questionnaires. Results The problems of information security were restricted mainly in fund shortage, insufficient emergency drills, lack of timely response and etc. The information security in the second-class hospitals was worse than that in the third-class ones. Conclusions The construction of information security in these hospitals is still in the early stages.
