摘　　要：目的:分析呼吸机质控检测中发现的问题,总结检测和使用经验,为临床安全、合理的使用提供建议。方法:依靠专业检定人员和专用检测仪器对呼吸机进行质控检测,结合检测过程中发现的各种问题,归纳产生问题的原因和解决方法。结果:潮气量检测不合格率偏高,呼吸频率、吸气压力水平、吸入氧气体积分数检测情况较好。结论:呼吸机的科学质控检测、完善的监控体系和人员的责任意识是临床使用安全的保障。Ohjective To analyze the problems in quality control test of the ventilator, and to put forward measures accordingly. Methods Specialized calibration personnel and instruments were involved in the quality control test of the ventilator, and the problems, causes and solutions were summarized. Results The ventilator showed high error rate in tidal volume, and behaved well in respiratory frequency, inspiration pressure and inhaled oxygen concentration. Conclusion Regular quality control test, improvement of monitoring system and awareness of obligation are very important for safe application of ventilator in medical treatment.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2014,35 （7） ： 116-118]
