党的建设最重要的是中央领导层的建设——重温邓小平“政治交代”的体会

摘　　要：在邓小平的治党思想中,他特别重视中央政治局尤其是中央政治局常委会的建设。在邓小平的著作中,有一部分著作具有特殊重要的历史地位和历史意义,因为它们被邓小平本人称为"这就算是我的政治交代"。邓小平的政治交代中,讲得第一个问题是:党的建设,最重要的是中央领导层的思想、政治、组织和制度建设。此外还有我们应该组成一个什么样的中央领导集体、新的中央领导集体形成后应该怎样工作,以及他本人在完全退出领导岗位后会怎么样支持在岗位上的领导同志的问题等。因此,这是一个考虑十分成熟、周到的政治交代。今天,在纪念邓小平诞辰110周年的日子里,重温邓小平的"政治交代",对于理解以习近平为总书记的党中央的治党思想,大有裨益。In Deng Xiaoping's thought of the Party's construction, he especially paid attention to theconstruction of Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee in particular the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee. In the writings of Deng Xiaoping, a part of books have a special place and significance in history because they were called 'my political account' by Deng Xiaoping. In 'political account,' Deng Xiaoping first talked about the ideological, political, organizational and institutional building of the central leadership is the most important part in the Party 's construction. In addition, he talked about what kind of central leadership we should form and how to work after form, and how to support the leading comrades when he withdraws from the leadership post. Therefore, this is a mature and thoughtful 'political account.' Today, in honor of the 110 th Anniversary of the birth of Deng Xiaoping, we review Deng Xiaoping's 'political account' has a great help for understanding the thought of running the Party by the Party Central Committee which Xi Jinping as General Secretary.
