摘 要:目的探讨新医改后基层社区卫生服务中心医务人员工作满意度及其影响因素,旨在提升基层医务人员工作满意度。方法整群抽取江苏省无锡市滨湖区6家社区卫生服务中心的179名医务人员进行工作满意度调查。结果被调查的医务人员51.4%对工作感到不满意,工作回报的满意度得分最低,新医改存在缺乏收入补偿机制以及基本药物目录不完善等问题。结论完善绩效考核制度,加强全科医生队伍建设,完善基本药物目录、探索实行医师药品费用总额预算,建立社区卫生服务"拍档"新模式等可有效提升医务人员的工作满意度。Objective This study was conducted to find out the current job satisfaction of community health service (CHS) center staff and the influencing factors under the new medical reform. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to survey 179 medical staffs of six CHS centers in Binhu district, Wuxi city. Results A total of 51.4% of the staffs were dissatisfied with their current job. Job reward scored the lowest. There was a lack of compensation mechanism and the Essential Drugs List in the new medical reform can be improved. Conclusion Improving the performance appraisal system, buliding GP team, perfecting the Essential Drugs List, exploring the implementation of drugs amount budget, establishing CHS partnership new model can improve job satisfaction in the CHS center staffs.
