摘  要:目的观察大豆、硒、螺旋藻对氟铝联合中毒大鼠骨形态计量学的影响。方法将断乳2周的SD大鼠40只,按体重随机分入对照组、高氟铝组、高氟铝大豆干预组、高氟硒干预组、高氟铝螺旋藻干预组,每组8只(组内雌雄各半)。对照组饮用自来水(贵阳市供水总公司)(含氟0.692 2 mg/L,含铝0.2 mg/L);食用非病区玉米加工饲料(含氟5.2 mg/kg,含铝6.8 mg/kg)。染氟组食用饲料为病区玉米用病区煤炭烘干后加工而成,(饲料含氟106 mg/kg,含铝19.7 mg/kg),饮水为自来水(贵阳市供水总公司)加AlCl3(含氟0.692 2 mg/L,含铝90 mg/L)。大豆干预组的干预从染氟d 1开始,大豆含量30%;高氟组在第12周出现第1例氟斑牙(每周观察1次),此时硒干预组和螺旋藻干预组开始加干预,硒粉含量3 mg/kg饲料,螺旋藻含量1 g/kg饲料。饲养5个半月,处死大鼠,取同侧股骨及胫骨用于骨密度(BMD)测量和骨组织形态计量学的动力学指标(包括四环素双标记间平均距离(DLL)、矿化沉积速率(MIAR)、平均类骨质宽度(MOSW)、矿化延迟时间(MLT)、类骨质表面(TOS))检测。结果氟铝联合中毒使大鼠股骨BMD降低。高氟铝组与对照组、高氟铝大豆干预组、高氟铝硒干预组和高氟铝螺旋藻干预组比较BMD降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高氟铝大豆干预组、高氟铝硒干预组和高氟铝螺旋藻干预组与对照组比较BMD未见明显降低。高氟铝组DLL、M IAR较对照组减少;而MOSW、MLT、TOS较对照组增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高氟铝大豆干预组、高氟铝硒干预组、高氟铝螺旋藻干预组DLL、MIAR较高氟铝组均有不同程度增加,DLL与对照组的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而MOSW、MLT、TOS较高氟组有不同程度降低,与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高氟伴高铝条件下,大鼠骨动力学出现以骨软化为主的病理改变,提示3种干预降低了氟中毒导致的骨过度增生,使骨�Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of soybean, selenium and spirulina on bone histomorphometry of rats intoxicated with fluorine and aluminum. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly allocated by body weight into 5 groups of high fluoride-aluminum, high fluoride-aluminum plus soybean, high fluoride-aluminum plus selenium, the high fluoride-alu- minum plus spimlina and the control, with 4 males and 4 females in each group. The control group were fed with tap water (contain- ing fluorine 0.6922 mg/L and aluminum 0.2 mg/L) and feed which was made of corn produced in non-endemic area (containing flu- orine 5.2 mg/kg and aluminum 6.8 mg/kg). Other groups were fed with high fluoride-aluminum diet which was consisted of tap water containing fluorine 0.6922 mg/L and aluminum 90 mg/L, and feed containing fluorine 106 mg/kg and aluminum 19.7 mg/kg. The high fluoride plus soybean group was fed with soybean (with 30% soybean in diet) at the beginning of the experiment. When the high fluoride-aluminum group showed formation of the dental fluorosis, selenium of 3 mg/kg was added in the feed of the high fluoride- aluminum plus selenium group, and the spirulina of 1 mg/kg was added in the feed of the high fluoride-aluminum plus spirulina. After five and half months, the ipsilateral femoral were collected to test the bone density, and the ipsilateral tibia were collected to test the dynamics index, including the average distance between tetracycline double labels (DLL), mineral apposition rate (MIAR),the mean osteoid seam width (MOSW), the mineralization lag time (MLT) and trabecular osteoid surfaces (TOS). Results The fluo- ride-aluminum combined intoxication reduced the bone mineral density of rats. Compared to the control group and the intervention groups, the bone mineral density of the high fluoride-aluminum group decreased, with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). No significant difference in the bone mineral density was observed between the control group
