血站NAT检测试剂调查和血液筛检结果分析

摘　　要：目的对献血者进行血液相关病毒的核酸检测(blood-related virus'nucleic acid test,NAT)是成都市血液中心开展的血液检测新项目,为此,对选用的病毒核酸检测试剂和血液相关病毒的检测结果进行分析和研究。方法调查本中心及其他血站使用的病毒核酸检测试剂(NAT试剂),并对它们的血液病毒核酸检测结果进行比较分析。结果国外广泛使用美国Roche和Chiron公司生产的NAT试剂及检测系统,多年和大量的血液检测证明了Roche和Chiron公司NAT试剂的质量和品质,有效防止了病毒"窗口期"漏检,提高了血液安全。我国卫生部指定了国内外5个NAT试剂厂家为国内血站进行病毒核酸检测提供试剂及和检测设备系统。在国内10多家血站进行的血液相关病毒核酸检测中,已检出病毒酶联检测处于病毒感染"窗口期"漏检的血液。一年来,本中心已进行了大量血液的病毒核酸检测,对NAT检测试剂的质量和品质进行了研究和总结,对本中心开展血液病毒核酸检测(NAT)的顺利实施奠定了基础。结论立法推行血液病毒核酸检测,已证明能提高血液相关病毒的检测水平,进一步防止输血传染病,对提高我国的血液安全具有重要意义。国内血站NAT检测试点成功,将有力推动我国血液NAT检测的全面实施。Objective Carrying out the blood-related virus＇ nucleic acid test （NTA） on blood donors has been included in the standard blood test in our blood center. Therefore, the study was conducted to survey the use of NAT kits and the results of virus screening at blood centers. Methods NAT kits used at Chengdu blood center and other blood centers were surveyed and the test results were analyzed. Results NAT kits and blood analysis systems manufactured by Roche and Chiton are extensively used in foreign countries. Large amount of blood tests performed over the years has proven the quality and reliability of the Roche and Chiron NAT kits, which have effectively prevented the missed detection of viruses during the ＂window period＂ and thus enhanced blood safety. NAT kits and blood analysis systems provided by five manufacturers which are designated by China＇s ministry of health has been used in the blood at domestic blood centers. Domestically, the missed detection of viruses during the ＂window period＂ in en- zyme-linked virus detection was tested by blood-related virus＇ NTA in several blood centers. Large amount of blood tests were earried out in our blood center over the year, the quality and reliability NAT kits were analyzed and summarized to lay the foundation of successful implementation of NAT in our blood center. Conclusion Legislation of the routine practice of blood viral NATs has demonstrated to improve the detection level of NAT, prevent the occurrence of transfusion-transmitted diseases, and enhance blood safety our country significantly. The preliminary success in NATs at domestic blood centers will promote the full implementation of blood NATs in our country.
