摘 要:目的试验生物灭蚊在实践中的效果,探索和推广灭蚊技术。方法 2011年4月-2012年5月期间向辖区内的钻井公园(光荣公园)、水牛公园及217国道以南应急水源地等水体投放野生小鲫鱼鱼苗,同时设立对照组,监测水中幼蚊密度,对比分析投入前(2010年)、2011年、2012年的池水中幼蚊密度,并与同期对照组进行比较。结果投放野生鲫鱼的水域,幼蚊密度逐年下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);投放野生鲫鱼的水域,水中幼蚊的密度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论投放野生鲫鱼具有改善水体环境、明显降低水体中幼蚊密度的作用,值得其他地区加以推广。Objective The purpose of this study was to test the biological technique in mosquito control, in order to explore and promote mosquito control technology. Methods From April 2011 to May 2012, experimental group was constructed by putting wild erucian carps into aquatic areas in the drilling park, the buffalo park and the emergency water sources in south national highway 217, while the control group was experimented in other auatic areas. Immature mosquito density in water was monitored, and com- parative analysis was used to study immature mosquito density in water in 2010, 2011 and 2012. The control groups in the same pe- riod of time were compared and analyzed. Results For the aquatic area with wild carps, immature mosquito density decreased year by year, and the difference was statistically significant comparing to the control group(P〈0.05); with wild carps in the aquatic areas, immature mosquito density in water was significantly lower than that for the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi- cant (P〈O.05). Conclusion For the experimental group with wild crueian carps, not only the quality of aquatic environment was improved, the immature mosquito density in water was also significantly reduced. Therefore, this technique is worthy of recommendation to be used in other areas.
