性病门诊265例患者单纯疱疹病毒抗体型别检测分析

摘　　要：目的 了解性病门诊生殖器疱疹患者HSV-Ⅰ和HSV-Ⅱ的感染情况，分析生殖器疱疹的流行特点。方法 采用ELISA 法检测HSV-Ⅰ、Ⅱ型IgM 和IgG 抗体。结果 265 例中男156例（58.87%），女109例（41.13%）。HSV-ⅠIgM 抗体阳性30例（11.32%），HSV-ⅠIgG 抗体阳性236例（89.01%），HSV-ⅡIgM 抗体阳性106例（40.00%），HSV-Ⅱ IgG 抗体阳性176例（66.04%）。年龄以31～40岁最多，为105例，其次为21～30岁97例。职业中最多的是自由职业，其次是民工。结论 HSV 在本地区具有较高感染率，以HSV-Ⅱ型为主。女性近期感染多于男性。以21～40岁性活跃人群为高发年龄组。Objective This study aimed to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of herpes simplex virus-1/virus-2 （HSV Ⅰ/Ⅱ） infections among outpatients with genital herpes. Methods ELISA method was employed to detect the IgM and IgG antibodies against HSV Ⅰ/ Ⅱ. Results Among the 265 patients, including 156 males （58.87%） and 109 females （41.13%）, sixty were HSV-1 IgM positive （11.32%）, 236 HSV-1 IgG positive （89.01%）, 106 HSV-2 IgM positive （40.00%） and 175 HSV-2 IgG positive （66.04%）. Among the patients, 105 were at age of 31-40 and 97 at age of 21-30. Most patients were freelance workers or migrant laborers. Conclusion In Huzhou, the infection rate of HSV is high, with HSV-Ⅱ infection dominating. More recent infections occurred to females. Overall, most genital herpes patients were those having more sexual activities, in the age group of 21-40 years old.
