宁夏2012年风疹抗体水平监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的 了解宁夏区健康人群风疹抗体水平，科学指导风疹防控。方法 采取多阶段整群随机抽样法，从全区12个县（区）中抽取1 218人，采用酶联免疫吸附法对采集的血标本进行（ELISA）风疹IgG 抗体水平检测，对检测结果进行分析。结果 宁夏区2012年人群风疹抗体阳性率为81.86％；不同性别、民族、户籍、居住类型人群的风疹抗体阳性率的差异无统计学意义，各年龄段中20～24岁组最高，各职业中医护人员最高。结论 宁夏2012年健康人群风疹抗体水平阳性率较高，但仍应加强查验预防接种证工作，在普及儿童风疹疫苗免疫的同时开展职业暴露人群和育龄期妇女的风疹疫苗的接种工作。Objective This study was to investigate the rubella antibody level among healthy population in Ningxia, so as to provide scientific guidance for rubella prevention and control. Methods By multi-stage cluster random sampling method, blood samples were drawn from 1218 people in 12 counties of Ningxia in 2012. Rubella IgG antibody levels in these blood samples were deter- mined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, and the results were analyzed. Results The positive rate of rubella antibody in 2012 was 81.86%. No significant difference in the positive rate of rubella antibody was observed in subjects with different gender, nationality, domicile and residence types. The highest positive rate occurred to the group of age 20-24, and to the occupation group of medical and nursing staffs. Conclusion In Ningxia, the positive rate of rubella antibody among healthy population was higher than before, but the inspection of vaccination certificate should still be strengthened. Rubella vaccination should be conducted not only to children, but also to people with occupation exposure and to pregnant women at the same time.
