不同诱导处理西花蓟马在邻近菜豆上的产卵特性

摘　　要：为探索茉莉酸控制西花蓟马发生与危害的可行性,为其利用和深度开发提供理论基础,采用不同诱导方式与诱导时间互作处理菜豆植株,对西花蓟马在邻近菜豆植株上的产卵特性进行研究。结果表明:1)不同的诱导方式不论是诱导后接虫还是同时诱导接虫,其处理结果相似,说明不同的诱导处理对抑制西花蓟马的产卵量有相似性;2)不同诱导处理对西花蓟马在邻近菜豆上产卵的抑制效果不同,其中,西花蓟马取食、0.1mmol/L茉莉酸和1mmol/L茉莉酸3个处理间的抑制效果无显著差异,但均比机械损伤和1%乙醇处理的强,差异达显著水平,1%乙醇处理对西花蓟马的产卵没有明显的抑制作用。The fecundity of F.occidentalis in neighbouring kidney bean plants under different induction patterns and induction time was studied to control the feasibility of F.occidentalis occurrence and damage by using JA and to provide the theoretical basis for its utilization and development.The results showed that： 1 ） Different induction patterns had the similar effect on egg laying amount of F. occidentalis;2）Different induction patterns had different inhibition effect on egg laying of Frankliniella occidentalis in neighbouring kidney bean plants,and there was no significant difference in inhibition effect of egg laying among the feeding,0.1 mmol/L JA and 1 mmol/L JA treatments but the inhibition effect of three treatment patterns was higher than mechanical injury and 1% ethyl alcohol treatments.1% ethyl alcohol had no obvious inhibition effect on egg laying of F.occidentalis.
