摘  要:为有效利用芒果叶、芒果皮、芒果核、芒果根等副产品,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取副产品,获得12种萃取物;采用紫外分光光度法测定萃取物中的总黄酮含量和1,1-二苯基苦苯肼DPPH·自由基体系测定抗氧化活性。结果表明:1)同一种试剂提取条件下,芒果叶的黄酮含量均高于芒果皮、芒果核和芒果根;同一部位3种试剂提取条件下,均以乙酸乙酯的萃取效果最好,其萃取芒果叶、芒果皮、芒果核和芒果根的黄酮含量分别为:(285.42±0.73)mg/g、(169.86±0.73)mg/g、(118.59±0.72)mg/g和(35.53±0.40)mg/g。2)萃取12种提取物的抗氧化活性具有一定的差异,同一部位3种试剂提取条件下,均以乙酸乙酯提取物的抗氧化活性最高,其萃取芒果叶、芒果皮、芒果核和芒果根的黄酮抗氧化活性分别为(91.12±0.52)%、(89.98±0.15)%、(81.18±0.23)%和(46.30±0.56)%。To effectively utilize the mango by-products,twelve kinds of extracts with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol in turn from mango by-products,including mango leaves,mango peel,mango nuclear and mango root,were evaluated for their flavonoid contents by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and their antioxidant activities by DPPH feel radical systematic method,respectively.The results showed that;1)the flavonoid content of mango leaves exceeded that of mango peel,mango nuclear or mango root extracted with the same reagent.On the other hand,in the same plant tissue the flavonoid content of extracts with ethyl acetate was more than with the other two reagent and the flavonoid content of mango leaves was (285.42 ± 0.73 )mg/g,mango peel (169.86± 0.73 )mg/g,mango nuclear (118.59 ± 0.72)mg/g and mango root (35.53±0.40)mg/g.2)There was a certain difference in antioxidant activity of 12 kinds of extracts.The strongest antioxidant activity was extract with ethyl acetate in the same tissue and the antioxidant activity of extracts with ethyl acetate were (91.12 ± 0.52)% from mango leaves, (89.98±0.15)% from mango peel,(81.18 0.23)% from mango nuclear and (46.30± 0.56)% from mango root respectively.
