摘　　要：为我国饲料企业了解自身在本行业中的地位,发现不足,从而采取相应措施提高自身的竞争力,同时为国家宏观调控提供参考,对我国饲料行业的竞争要素、竞争结构、影响因素等进行了分析。从政府角度提出了重视种植业、限制深加工企业快速扩张,加大对技术创新支持的力度,加强饲料工业安全生产的管理;从企业角度提出向大型企业集中,打造强势品牌,重视饲料安全生产,搞好战略定位等方面提高中国饲料行业竞争力的措施。To understand the status of feed enterprise in the industry and look for the insufficient,so as to take appropriate measures to improve their competitiveness and provide a reference for the national macro-control of China,In this paper the authors analyzed feed industry competitive factors,competitive structure and influencing factors.Finally,measures to improve the competitiveness of China＇s feed industry were proposed,including paying more attention to planting industry,limiting the rapid expansion of deep processing enterprises,reinforcing the support of technical innovation and enhancing the safety production management from government perspective,and centralizing to the large enterprises,building powerful brand,focusing on feed safety production and doing strategic positioning well from enterprise perspective.
