贫困山区农民参加技能培训影响因素的决策模型与实证分析

摘　　要：为探明影响燕山-太行山片区(涞源县)农民是否参加技能培训的主要因素,通过选择个人因素、家庭因素、社会因素和培训预期4类指标,构建农民参加技能培训的决策模型,实证分析研究了贫困山区农民参加技能培训影响因素。结果表明:月收入、家庭年收入、劳动力占家庭人口比重、对政策了解情况和愿意承担的培训费用显著地影响农民参加技能培训的意愿。The decision-making model of farmer’s skill training was built by selecting personal, family,social and training expectation factors and the factors affecting farmer’s skill training in poor mountainous areas were analyzed. The results showed that the factors of monthly income, annual household income,proportion of labor force in total household population,understanding level to relevant policy and willingness to bear training fee influencd farmers’willingness to participate in skill training significantly.
