老年性痴呆中医证候流行病学调查问卷的设计

摘　　要：目的:制定老年性痴呆中医证候流行病学调查问卷。方法:第一步,对老年性痴呆中医证候四诊信息、证候要素、证候类型进行文献回顾;第二步,结合前期工作建立专家咨询表进行两轮专家咨询并初步建立调查问卷;第三步,预调查并形成最终调查问卷。结果:通过对老年性痴呆中医证候信息条目文献回顾,结合课题组专家讨论,总结老年性痴呆中医证候的特征,制定专家咨询表,广泛征求不同地区专家的意见,就其对老年性痴呆证候分布规律的认识进行归纳,制定调查问卷进行预调查。预调查中检验调查者与老年性痴呆患者对调查问卷内容理解程度、反应程度以及出现的问题,并据此进行调整,对调查问卷进行信度和效度检验,结果显示信度和效度良好,形成正式流调表。结论:总结前期文献整理与挖掘成果,集成当代专家集体智慧,科学地制定老年性痴呆中医证候流行病调查问卷,对进一步实施流行病学调查研究提供可靠基础。Objective:To design TCM syndromes epidemiological investigation questionnaire of Alzheimer's disease.Methods:First,the Alzheimer's disease four diagnostic information and syndrome factor and syndrome types were reviewed.Second step,combined with previous work,we established the expert questionnaire two rounds of expert consultation and establish the preliminary investigation questionnaire.Third,the preliminary questionnaire investigation was carried out and formed the final questionnaire.Results:Through the Alzheimer's disease syndromes information review,combined with expert group discussion,we summarized the characteristics of Alzheimer's disease syndromes,expert questionnaire,extensively solicit opinions of the experts in different areas,with respect to its understanding of Alzheimer's disease syndrome distribution to formulate preliminary investigation questionnaire.Preliminary analysis of the questionnaire tested the investigators and the degree of the content of the questionnaire to understand Alzheimer's disease patients,and problems in the reaction degree and adjust accordingly,for the reliability and validity of the questionnaire test.The results showed that the reliability and validity is good to form the final questionnaire.Conclusion:Summary of previous literature and the results of data mining gather the wisdom of the contemporary experts,scientifically develop Alzheimer's disease of TCM syndrome epidemic survey,epidemiological investigation and provide a reliable basis for further implementation.
