摘　　要：银屑病皮损所具有的红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒和反复发作、慢性病程,给患者的社会活动和生活带来限制,可导致不同程度的精神负担,成为银屑病加重和复发的诱发因素。患者的睡眠质量、焦虑、抑郁等精神状态评分以及相关生理指标都可表现异常,因此情绪调节是治疗银屑病的重要环节和方向。李斌教授从寻常型银屑病的三个发病时期探讨其与中医"血"的关系,并将安神法运用于"从血论治"中,提出相应的治则治法,同时试图阐释安神法治疗银屑病的现代医学机制。Psoriasis has symptoms including erythema, scaling, itching and recurrent chronic course, constraining the patient＇ s social activities and bringing mental burdens. In addition, the patients＇ mental stresses also become the inducement for further ag- gravating the symptoms of psoriasis and being recurrent. The scores of the patients＇ quality of sleep, anxiety, depression and other mental status and relevant physiological indicators may also display abnormal results, and thus the emotion regulation is the key point and direction for the treatment of psoriasis. Professor LI Bin discusses the relationship between the three periods of disease of psoriasis vulgaris and the blood in traditional Chinese medicine and applies the method of tranquillizing from blood and tries to ex- plain the modern medicine mechanism by using the method of tranquillizing for treating psoriasis.
