摘　　要：卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)反映的是女性生育潜能和生殖内分泌功能的降低。目前西医多以性激素替代及辅助生殖技术来解决由DOR引起的月经与生育问题。而中医药凭借其传统的辨证优势,在疗效上获取了一定的成绩。夏天主任则中西汇通,针药并用,给予了该病治疗新的认识。DOR reflects women＇ s reproductive potential and the reducing of the reproductive endocrine function. At present, a lot of western medicine use sex hormone replacement and assisted reproductive technology to solve the menstruation and fertility problems caused by DOR. At the same time,TCM has obtained some achievements on the curative effect based on its traditional syndrome differentiation advantages. XIA Tian combines TCM and western medicine as well as the connection of medicine and ac- upuncture leads a new way in treating disease.
