摘　　要：介绍姜宏教授运用益肾活血方股密葆治疗股骨头坏死临床经验。姜宏教授认为股骨头坏死当从"肾虚血瘀"论治,结合股骨头坏死影像学分期提出"三期辨证"原则,运用益肾活血"股密保方"治疗股骨头坏死,临床疗效显著。It introduced Professor JIANG Hong＇s experience on using Gumibao in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Professor JIANG Hong considered that femoral head osteonecrosis is commonly due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis by syndrome differentiation, combining with femoral head necrosis imaging staging proposed three periods of dialectical principle. Using Gumibao in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head has achieved significant clinical effect.
