中药蒸气浴配合一效膏治疗臁疮护理与临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药蒸汽浴配合一效膏治疗臁疮的疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2013年1月该科住院臁疮患者66列,随机分成两组,创面溃疡表浅、全身情况良好者不用抗生素,溃疡较深,血象偏高者应用敏感抗生素,根据血象调整抗生素。其中观察组33例,疮面运用中药蒸汽浴熏洗后外敷一效膏治疗;对照组33例,疮面应用一效膏外敷治疗。结果:观察组痊愈21例,有效9例,好转2例,未愈1例,总有效率96.97%;对照组痊愈15例,有效8例,好转3例,未愈7例,总有效率78.79%。结论:中药蒸气浴配合一效膏治疗臁疮确切、有效。Objective ： To observe the effect of Chinese medicine steam bath and Yixiao ointment in treatment of ecthyma. Meth- ods：From January 2012 to January 2013,66 ecthyma patients in our department of vascular surgery were randomly divided into two groups. If the ulcer is shallow and fluent and general condition is good, antibiotics would not be used. If ulcer is deeper and general condition is bad, the antibiotics should be used according to the blood. Observation group（33 cases）used Yixiao ointment and control group （33 cases） only used Yixiao ointment. Results：In the observation group,21 cases were cured;9 cases were effective ;2 cases were improved ; 1 case was not cured and the total effective rate was 96.97%. In control group, 15 cases were cured ; 8 cases were effective ;3 cases were improved ;7 cases were not cured and the total effective rate was 78.79%. Conclusion：Therefore, Chinese medicine steam bath with Yixiao ointment in treatment of ecthyma is exact and effective.
