针刀疗法对第三腰椎横突综合征模型大鼠脊髓及DRG内p38MAPK/CREB信号通路的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀疗法对第三腰椎横突综合征模型大鼠脊髓及DRG内p-p38MAPK、p-CREB的影响。方法:将36只SD大鼠分为正常组、模型组、电针组、针刀组,于造模后对相应组别进行针刀和电针干预。于造模后28 d,处死各组大鼠,取腰段脊髓及DRG,用Western Blot法检测p-p38MAPK、p-CREB的变化,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:针刀组与电针组p-p38MAPK、p-CREB表达与模型组比较呈降低趋势。结论:针刀疗法影响第三腰椎横突综合征模型大鼠疼痛的机制可能与p38MAPK/CREB信号通路有关。Objective ：To observe the effect of acupotomology on L3 transverse process syndrome rat spinal cord and DRG about p - CREB and p - p38MAPK. Methods ： Thirty - six SD rats were divided into four groups ： normal group, modelg group, EA group and acupotomology group. On the 28th day,the rats＇ lumbar spinal cord and DRG were taken out to observe the changes of p - p38MAPK and p -CREB and then the results were analyzed. Results：The expressions of p -p38MAPK and p -CREB about acu- potomology group and EA group compared with those of model group showed a decreasing trend. Conclusion：The mechanisms of pain about that acupotomology affecting L3 transverse process syndrome model rats may be due to the p38MAPK/CREB signal pathway.
