摘　　要：AngⅡ-AT1R-CTGF通路参与高血压肾损害的发病过程,现将该通路在高血压早期肾损害中的影响机制以及中药通过干预AngⅡ-AT1R-CTGF通路影响高血压早期肾损害的进展做一综述。AngⅡ- AT1 R - CTGF passageway participates in the kidney damage of hypertension. It is the review of the influ- ence of AngⅡ - AT1 R - CTGF on early kidney damage as well as TCM intervening AngⅡ- AT1 R - CTGF passageway to influence the kidney damage of hypertension.
