摘  要:目的了解我国不同来源肠致病性大肠杆菌分离株携带的eae基因型别。方法 PCR扩增eae基因,扩增产物测序后在NCBI中进行BLASTn搜索比对,确定其基因型别,并用最大似然法构建eae基因进化树,分析eae基因各型别间的相互关系。结果 130株EPEC菌株中,100株获得了1.8 kb序列,共分为18种eae基因型别,其中以β1型为主,占37%(含37株菌)。人源和动物源EPEC菌株存在相同的eae型别。结论我国EPEC分离株的eae型别呈多样性。Objective To determine the subtypes of eae in enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC) strains isolated from hu- man cases and animals in China. Methods The eae genes were amplified by PCR, and then the products were sequenced and analyzed with BLASTn. Phylogenetic analysis was conducted using MEGA 5.05. Results Among 130 EPEC strains, the 1.8 kb nucleotide sequences of eae genes of 100 EPEC strains were determined. Eighteen different intimin types were detected, and 131 was the most frequent (37%, 37/100). Same eae subtypes were found in EPEC strains isolated from human beings and animals. Conclusions The results demonstrate the genetic diversity among eae genes of human and animal EPEC strains in China.
