公共场所卫生指数综合评价法推荐模式和修改模式的对比及探讨

摘　　要：目的对比应用指数综合评价法推荐模式和修改模式在公共场所卫生质量综合评价中的实际应用情况,探索一种科学、实用的公共场所卫生质量综合评价方法。方法采用公共场所卫生指数综合评价"修改模式",对WS/T199-2001《公共场所卫生综合评价方法》中太原市五家普通旅店、招待所客房监测数据进行评价,并与采用指数综合评价法推荐模式对同一数据开展评价的结果进行比较分析。结果 "修改模式"评价结果显示:5家旅店A、B、C、D、E的卫生质量综合指数分别为0.92、0.95、1.87、2.34、2.40;而推荐模式评价结果显示:5家旅店卫生质量综合指数分别为0.59、0.70、1.08、1.18、1.41。对于旅店C、D、E卫生质量,"修改模式"评价结果分别为较差、很差、很差,而推荐模式评价结果均为较差;其余2家两种模式评价结果一致。结论 "修改模式"计算所得综合指数比推荐模式的综合指数具有更强的分辨效能、警示作用,同时更符合客观实际和卫生学要求。Objective To compare the effectiveness of comprehensive evaluation recommended mode and its modified mode on health indexes of public places, and to explore a scientific, practical comprehensive evaluation method of health for public places. Methods According to Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Health for Public Places （WS/T199 - 2001）, the recommended evaluation mode and the modified mode of health indexes of public places quality were applied to assess the surveillance data of 5 hotels in Taiyuan City, and the differences of these evaluation results obtained by the two methods were compared and analyzed. Results The P values of calculation from the 5 hotels （A, B, C, D, and E） assessed by the modified mode of health quality indexes were 0.92, 0.95, 1.87, 2.34 and 2.40 respectively, whereas those assessed by the recommended evaluation mode were 0.59, 0.70, 1.08, 1.18, and 1.41 respectively. The health quality of hotels C, D and E assessed by the modified evaluation mode were txx）rer, the poorest and the poorest respectively, whereas those assessed by the reconmlended evaluation mode were all txx）rer. And the evaluation results of the other two hotels assessed by the modified mode were consistent with those by the recom- mended mode. Conclusions The modified mode has a better resolving potency and warning power than the recommended mode. At the same time, it can objectively reflect the actual environmental quality of public places and conforms to hygiene requirements.
