摘 要:目的通过了解该建设项目所产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,评价其防护对策和管理措施,提出预防职业病危害的建议。方法采用职业卫生调查方法、检查表法和职业病危害检测,全面客观对该项目的职业病危害控制效果作出评价。结果该项目所存在的主要职业病危害因素有:锰及其化合物、铬及其化合物、镍及其化合物,一氧化碳、二氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、臭氧、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯,粉尘(电焊烟尘)、噪声、高温、工频电场、紫外辐射等。其中化学毒物和粉尘的合格率为100%,噪声合格率为42.59%,其他物理因素合格率为100%。结论本项目属一般职业病危害的建设项目,仍需进一步改进和完善噪声防护措施。Objective To investigate the occupational hazard factors and their hazard rating in a construction project, to assess the related preventive countermeasures and management practice so as to put forward the key points for preventing occupational hazards. Methods The methods of the spot occupational hygiene investigation, check lists and occupational risk factor detec- tion were applied to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the effect of controlling over occupational hazards in this project. Results The major occupational risk factors of the project were as follows: manganese and its compound, chromium and its compound, nickel and its compound, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, benzene, toluene, dimethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, dust (welding fume), noise, high temperature, power- frequency electric field and ul- traviolet radiation. The qualified rates of chemical toxicants and dust were both 100 %, and the eligible rates of noise and other physical factors were 42.59 % and 100 %, respectively. Conclusions This project belongs to a construction item with ordi- nary occupational hazards, but the safeguard of noise must be improved.
