摘 要:为了监测船舶尾轴承状态,以受控船舶尾轴管装置(尾轴及轴承)为监控对象,综合运用油液监测分析技术对尾轴承润滑油进行定期取样监测,获取相应检测数据,通过对每个取样周期检测参数及其变化趋势的研究和科学分析,判定尾轴承的技术状态,给出故障诊断意见,提出检修建议,并在实际抽轴检验中验证诊断结果的准确性,结果表明油液监测分析技术在尾轴承的状态监测和故障诊断中是有效的方法之一.Four common lube oil monitoring analysis techniques including chemical-physics analysis, ferrography analysis, spectrometric analysis and particle count analysis were briefly introduced in this paper. A bulk vessel's stern-tube device (stern shaft and bearing) was taken as the monitoring and analysis object. The oil analysis technique was used to monitor and test the stern bearing's lube oil sample periodically. The corresponding testing data was therefore obtained. Through the scientific analysis on the period's testing data of each sample and their change trends, the technical state of the stern tube bearing was then judged and its fault diagnosis was carried out. Meanwhile the inspection and repair advices were put forward. The accuracy of fault diagnosis was verified by the on-site inspection results of stern shaft. The research result shown that the oil monitoring analysis technique was one of effective methods in the condition monitoring and fault diagno- sis for stern bearing.
