摘　　要：为定量计算对海探测雷达网作战效能,提出静态指标和动态指标相结合的雷达网综合评估方法。静态指标反映了雷达网的固有探测能力,包括雷达网的覆盖面积和覆盖系数等;根据雷达网探测的过程,对雷达的发现、跟踪、录取和上报分别进行建模,获得动态指标。利用蒙特卡洛多次仿真方法,模拟仿真对海探测过程,得到计算雷达网探测效能的多个指标数据,该指标可综合反映雷达网的探测能力。To get the battle efficiency of seaside radar net, a composite method which includes static and dynamic factors has been put forward. The static factors reflecting the inherent ability include the cover area＇s square and coefficient and so on, and dynamic factors have been obtained by making models of the process of finding, tracking, acquiring and reporting. The detecting process has been simulated with Monte Carlo simulation, and the detecting efficiency has been calculated, which can generally reflect the ability of radar net.
