摘　　要：首先,结合锁式铁氧体移相器的磁滞回线和驱动电流,阐述了毫米波铁氧体移相器工作原理。然后,根据毫米波移相器的特点,基于FPGA和移相器专用驱动芯片设计了移相器控制电路,重点介绍了RC保护电路,能有效避免虚焊和恒高电平引起的持续大电流,减少限流电阻损坏的几率,分析了波控码与相移的关系、置位脉冲宽度与相移的关系,即相移曲线,以及由此形成的相移数据。最后,实现了基于VB的移相器自动测试系统,阐述了软件和硬件的设计,测得了理想的相移曲线。Firstly, combining the magnetic hysteresis loop and drive current of latching ferrite phase shifter, the work principle of millimeter-wave ferrite phase shifter is demonstrated. And then, according to the characteristics of millimeter-wave phase shifter, the control circuit is designed based on FPGA and special driver chip. In particular, the RC protection circuit which can effectively avoid the continuous large current caused by the cold solder joint and constant high level and also can reduce the chance of damaging limiting resistor is presented in detail. Then the relationships between the beam-steering code and the phase shift, set pulse width and the phase shift, i.e. the phase shift curve, and the generation of the data of phase shift is analyzed. Finally, the realization of automatic test system based on VB for ferrite phase shifter and the design of software and hardware are elaborated, the ideal phase shift curve is measured.
