摘　　要：全景X射线牙片机已成为牙科诊断和治疗的重要设备,其辐射安全性受到广泛重视。本文综述了国内外全景X射线牙片机剂量控制的概况,包括使用的设备、方法和诊断参考标准,明确了建立适合我国国情的全景牙片机诊断参考标准对保护病人安全和提高全景牙片机使用效率的重要意义。Dental panoramic X-ray machine has become one kind of the most important devices for dental diagnosis and treatment. Radiological safety of the device has drawn extensive attention. This paper reviewed current dose control situation of the device in domestic and overseas in aspects of devices and methods for dose control as well as diagnostic reference standard. The importance of establishing diagnostic reference standard suitable for China to protect patients and impove utilization efifciency of the device was also explicated in this paper.
