摘  要:目的探讨头部开窗畸形的64排CT血管成像(CTA)的影像学特点及其临床意义。方法对453例患者头部CTA血管成像资料进行回顾性分析,主要观察动脉开窗畸形的存在及表现。结果453例中发现动脉开窗畸形24例,其中12例位于基底动脉,8例位于前动脉,2例位于大脑中动脉,2例位于颅内段椎动脉。根据血管窗大小及形态分型:18例为裂隙型,6例为凸透镜型。24例中8例伴有颅内动脉瘤。结论 64排CT血管成像可以准确显示动脉开窗畸形的位置、形态和毗邻关系,有助于指导头部血管病变的诊断与治疗。Objective To explore the imaging features and clinical significance of 64-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) in diagnosing intracranial artery fenestration.Methods The head CTA data of 453 patients were retrospectively analyzed to obtain the information of the existence and manifestation of intracranial artery fenestration.Results 24 cases of artery fenestrations were checked out. There were 12 cases located in basilar artery, 8 cases located in anterior artery, 2 cases located in middle cerebral artery, and 2 cases located in intracranial vertebral artery. According to the size and morphology of artery fenestrations, the fenestrations were divided into ifssure-pattern (18 cases) and convex-lens-pattern (6 cases). Aneurysms exsit in 8 cases among all the fenestrations.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT which can accurately display the location, morphology and adjacent structures of fenestrations plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of head vasculopathy.
