摘　　要：在少数民族地区的现代化过程中,我们一直比较关注经济发展,较少关注政治发展。某些少数民族地区政府人员的贪污、行政能力低下以及地区政治结构没有正常的独立运转都缘于政治现代化没有完成,政治体系没有获取相应的现代性。所以,政治发展是少数民族地区经济发展的前提,政治现代化是少数民族地区现代化的关键。In the process of modernization in ethnic areas, we have paid more attention to its economic development, but ignored its political development. Unfinished political modernization and no modem political system lead to corruption, lower executive ability and off-order independent operation of political structure. Thus political development is the premise of the economic development in ethnic areas. Political modernization is the key to make the ethnic areas modern.
