摘　　要：介绍了西门子6RA80系列直流调速器和S7—200PLC在特殊不锈钢、高合金钢轧制生产线上的应用。由该数字式直流调速器和PLC以及相关软件构成了基于Profibus—DP现场总线数据通讯的轧制生产线控制系统,并介绍了该系统中的软件组态和PLC与6RA80直流调速器之间的数据通讯以及该系统的实现。This paper introduces the application of 6RA80 DC series speed-regulator and S7-200 PLC in the rolling production line of special stainless steel, high alloy steel. The roiling production line control system based on Profibus-DP field bus data communication consists of the digital DC speed-regulator and the PLC as well as the related software. The paper also introduces software configuring, the data communication between the PLC and the 6RA80 DC speed-regulator and the realization of the control system.
