摘　　要：在普通型高铬铸铁轧辊基础上,添加V及Nb再合金化,形成高硬度、弥散分布MC型碳化物,从而提高轧辊外层基体显微硬度,即碳化物改进型,它比普通型轧辊具有更好的耐磨性。讨论了改进型高铬铁轧辊的铸造工艺,着重介绍了成份选择及主要工艺参数的确定。V and Nb are added proportionally into the common high chromium composition cast iron rollers,change the type of carbides,the improved carbides have the feature of high hardness and small shape.The article introduced casting craft of improved high chromium composition cast iron rollers,particularly introduced constitution design and certaining main craft parameter.
