摘  要:以芦苇为原料、乙醇胺为蒸煮试剂,在常压条件下进行蒸煮试验,对芦苇乙醇胺制浆进行尝试。通过对浆料和废液固形物的分析,结果表明:在乙醇胺用量70%、液比1:8、保温时间1.0 h的条件下,所得粗浆中纤维素含量超过80%,木素含量低于5%,纤维长度与天然芦苇纤维长度相当;蒸煮废液所含木素纯度高,木素分子量大且分布均匀。Using reed as fiber material, ethanolamine as cooking agent, the cooking process occurred under the normal atmosphere pressure, the ethanolamine cooking method was explored. The chemical compositions of coarse pulp and the solid in waste liquor were analyzed. The results showed that under the cooking condition of ethanolamine dosage 70%, liquor ratio 1:8, time at maximum temperature 1 hr, cellulose content of the coarse pulp is more than 80% and lignin content is lower than 5%, the length of fiber is almost as long as uncooked fiber. The purity of lignin in the waste liquor is higher, molecular weight of lignin is large and very even distributed.
