摘  要:在碱性水溶液中将溶解在5%醋酸溶液中的壳聚糖(CS)沉积在漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆纤维上制得阳离子纸浆纤维(CPF),采用FT-IR和XPS手段对其进行表征。结果表明:在反应温度20℃、反应时间30 min的情况下,最佳合成条件为:CS用量0.5%、NaOH用量4%。制得的CPF能显著提高沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)填料的留着率,添加5%(对浆)的CPF即可使PCC的留着率从67.72%提高到71.47%,而添加0.05%的CPAM仅可使其提高到70.96%;同时CPF能够改善纸张的物理性能,添加CPF的麦草浆成纸的抗张强度和耐破强度要明显高于添加CPAM的,而基本不低于添加未改性加拿大漂白针叶木浆纤维的,且CPF能够改善麦草浆的滤水性能。In the deposition process, deposits of fiber-CS (CPF) were prepared by depositing the chitosan (CS) dissolved in 5% acetic acid onto Canada kraft pulp (CKP). The CPF was characterized by FT-IR, SEM and XPS. The suitable preparative conditions were: 0.5% CS, 4% NaOH, 20℃ and 30 min. CPF could improve the retention of PCC filler significantly. With 5% CPF, the retention of PCC increased from 67.72% to 71.47%. The tensile and burst strength of the paper with CPF were higher than those with CPAM significantly, not lower than those with untreated CKP. CPF addition also had a positive effect on the improvement of stock drainage.
