摘  要:对反相高效液相色谱测定纸浆中最难分离的蒽酮及蒽醌的色谱条件进行了优化。研究表明,采用ArcusRP-18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇/水(体积比85/15,pH 5.2),流速1.0 mL·min-1,UV紫外检测器,检测波长254 nm,蒽酮及蒽醌的峰形和分离度得到明显改善,精密度和回收率分析表明,该方法操作快速、准确。Anthrone and anthraquinone are considered to be the toughest separation parts during the measurement of these two substances by using Reversed-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC). However, the chromatographic condition has been optimized upon the experiment regarding this paper. According to the research, the degree of separation of these two substances and the peak profile have been significantly improved by adopting the following laboratory facilities: Arcns-RP-18(4.6mm×150Hun,5μm) column, Methanol-water (85/15 by volume, pH 5.2) as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0mL·min ^-1, UV detector with the wavelength of 254 nm. In addition, the optimized approach is proved to be faster and more accurate based on the analyses of precision and recovery rate.
